Installing the Synx NuGet package

Please note you will need an internet connection to install Synx.

Configuring Sitefinity

  1. Navigate to "Administration > Settings > Advanced > Feather".
  2. Uncheck the "Use cached controller container assemblies" checkbox.
  3. Click the "Save Changes" button.

Installing the Synx NuGet package

  1. Open your Sitefinity project in Visual Studio.
  2. Right click on the solution in Solution Explorer, and select "Manage NuGet packages for solution".
  3. Ensure you have the package source "nuget.org" selected.
  4. Type "Spinbox.Synx" into the search box.
  5. Install the version of this package which matches the version of Sitefinity you are using.
  6. Rebuild and run your project.
  7. Once complete, Synx will now be available to activate in your Sitefinity CMS. See Activating the Synx module in Sitefinity
