Activating your Synx licence

You will be prompted to activate your licence if:

  • This is the first time you are using Synx and you have not yet activated a license.
  • The licence does not have a valid domain registered on your https://www.crmsynx.com account.
  • The licence has expired.

Updating your Synx licence

  1. Download your licence from https://www.crmsynx.com.
  2. Navigate to 'Administration > Synx'.
  3. Click on "Version and Licencing" in the right hand column beneath "Manage Synx"
  4. Click the "Activate Licence" button beneath the current licence details.
  5. Click "Choose file" and select your downloaded licence file in the file selector.
  6. Once selected, click the "Activate" button.

Once uploaded, the Synx admin area should now be accessible.
